1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. bae69 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds will be returned via the original deposit method after deducting any applicable processing costs.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. bae69 is an internationally operated platform with a primary focus on the Indonesian market. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on bae69 at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from bae69 or any associated platform are not eligible to register a new account during the active exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering your bae69 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must not register under a false name, use another person's identity, or provide fabricated contact information.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bae69 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify bae69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bae69 will not be liable for losses arising from failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 KYC Verification. All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of address dated within the last three months. bae69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where fraud, identity theft, or other risk factors are suspected.

3.4 Account Suspension. bae69 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account would expose bae69 or other players to undue risk.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. bae69 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance, provided that the remaining balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods. bae69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bae69 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though bae69 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk-management purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically credited to your bae69 Account within five (5) minutes. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Christmas), or due to scheduled banking maintenance windows. bae69 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and dispatched within fifteen (15) minutes on average during operational hours. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bae69 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bae69 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.6 Withdrawal Fees. bae69 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer or service fees, for which bae69 accepts no responsibility.

4.7 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). bae69 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available on bae69 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility rules as detailed on the respective promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific page and these general Terms, the promotion-specific page shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds can be requested. Wagers placed on certain game types (for example, low-margin table games or togel draws at certain stake levels) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — full details are published on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not wagered within the stipulated validity period (typically 7 or 14 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion) will be automatically forfeited from the account without prior notice.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Only one active bonus may be claimed per eligible promotion per player. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.5 bae69's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. bae69 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. No liability shall attach to bae69 for such modifications where a promotion has not yet been claimed by the Player.

5.6 Abuse of Bonuses. bae69 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus funds forfeited and, in serious cases, may be permanently suspended.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. bae69 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not explicitly offered), bets placed at erroneous odds caused by a system error or data feed fault, and bets from accounts under review for suspicious activity.

6.2 Erroneous Odds. Where a bet has been accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error or technical fault, bae69 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. This applies regardless of whether the event outcome has been determined.

6.3 Match Abandonment. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period of play required to settle a market has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport and market type are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the bae69 platform.

6.4 Togel Draw Results. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results published on bae69 are sourced from the official draw records of the respective lottery operator (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). In the event of a discrepancy between bae69's published result and the official operator result, the official operator result shall govern settlement.

6.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios, principally Evolution Gaming. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the studio's own recorded data. bae69 accepts no liability for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. bae69 reserves the right to apply maximum single-event payout limits. These limits vary by sport, market, and game type and are published within the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be reduced to that limit at settlement.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

9.3 bae69's brand name and logo must not be used in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent from bae69.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.3 bae69's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by bae69's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy and Data

11.1 bae69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bae69, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bae69 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
